About The Position

We are seeking an experienced React/JavaScript Developer with strong skills in Node.js, Docker, and Kubernetes. This role involves translating designs into pixel-perfect HTML/CSS/JS, managing projects through their lifecycle, and working with various CMS and e-commerce systems. The developer will code software applications, standardize quality assurance procedures, oversee testing, and develop fixes. This position offers the opportunity to work on progressive redesign and maintenance projects that significantly impact customer brand experience. Key responsibilities include developing new user-facing features, optimizing applications for speed and scalability, validating user input, participating in code reviews, enabling and configuring plugins, identifying blockers, and applying creative solutions. The role requires staying current with web development trends.

3–6 years of experience in full stack development, with strong frontend expertise
Proven experience building applications with: React.js (primary requirement)
Node.js, for backend development
Strong experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs
Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably AWS)
Hands-on experience with: Containers and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
Serverless architectures (e.g., AWS Lambda)
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and infrastructure automation
Experience incorporating LLMs/Agents in front end applications
Understanding of modern web architecture, application lifecycle, and performance optimization

Nice To Haves

Experience with live video platforms and video editing tools
Experience building LLM agents and MCP-based solutions
Experience with Golang
Experience with Kubernetes
Experience with deployment automation tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, Crossplane
Exposure to video processing or live stream visualization applications

Responsibilities

Work with the team to translate work into pixel perfect HTML/CSS/JS
Help manage projects through the design, development and QA
Work with a variety of CMS and ecommerce systems and framework
Codes software applications to adhere to designs supporting internal business requirements or external customers
Standardizes the quality assurance procedure for software
Oversees testing and develops fixes
Work on progressive redesign and maintenance projects that have an immediate impact on how our customers experience our brand every day
Develop new user-facing features
Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end
Participate in code review
Enable and configure all necessary plugins to power the site’s functionality
Identifying blockers and applying creative solutions within company guidelines
Staying on top of current trends in web development
