About The Position

Capstone is seeking a high-energy, self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic to join our team as a Reach Truck Operator. This role involves selecting products throughout the warehouse using various equipment, including single or double electric pallet jacks, reach lifts, or forklifts. You will also utilize VoCollect, RF Scan-guns, or read manual tickets for order fulfillment. The position requires the ability to work independently, make decisions as needed, and adapt to changing operational needs with a flexible schedule. Accuracy in data entry and the ability to handle administrative tasks are also important. The work environment includes sitting or standing for periods in both office and warehouse settings, with concrete flooring and changing temperatures. Walking throughout the warehouse during the shift is also a requirement.

Requirements

2+ years experience with ride-on electric pallet jack
High-energy individual with a strong work ethic
Self-motivated with ability to work with limited supervision
Independent decision maker as needed to accomplish tasks
Flexible work schedule due to changing operational needs
Ability to provide accurate entry of data and ability to handle administrative tasks as assigned
Sit or stand for periods in office as well as warehouse environment (concrete flooring and changing temperatures)
Walking throughout warehouse during shift

Responsibilities
