About The Position

National Star Services, a 27-year-old facility management company with nationwide services, is seeking a Stand-up Forklift Operator for its location in Rosemount, MN 55068. This role involves operating stand-up reach trucks safely and efficiently within the warehouse, moving, stacking, and organizing pallets, and transporting products. The operator will also be responsible for loading and unloading pallets, inspecting equipment, and adhering to all safety procedures and company policies. A clean and organized work environment is also expected.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work lawfully in the U.S.
• Must provide two valid forms of ID (Photo ID & Social Security Card)
• Minimum of 2 years of recent stand-up reach truck experience required.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the work site.
• Must have an updated resume.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift certification is preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Available to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up reach trucks safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse facility.
• Move, stack, and organize pallets in designated storage areas and racking systems.
• Transport products and materials throughout the distribution center.
• Load and unload pallets from trucks, staging areas, and warehouse locations.
• Inspect equipment before and after each shift to ensure safe operation.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
