About The Position

Reach Truck Operators move received pallets throughout the facility, maintaining correct FEFO/FIFO rotation and organized storage. They load finished goods, transfers, and donations onto outbound trailers and complete accurate load diagrams. All work is performed safely, promptly, and in an organized manner in accordance with standard operating procedures and Home Chef’s safety and quality commitments. The position works the 2nd shift, from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM, with Monday and Tuesday off. Operators receive and stage inbound products, support production by verifying and replenishing product drop zones, prepare and load outbound shipments, and maintain warehouse organization. They also assist with other warehouse functions and departments as needed.
