About The Position

Capstone is seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Reach Truck Operator to join our high-performance culture. This role involves leveraging warehouse equipment, including single or double electric pallet jacks, reach lifts, or forklifts, and performing other duties as assigned. You will utilize VoCollect, RF Scan-guns, or read manual tickets to manage inventory and tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to work with limited supervision, and flexibility to adapt to changing operational needs. This position requires accurate data entry and the ability to handle administrative tasks. The work environment includes standing or sitting for periods in an office and warehouse setting with concrete flooring and changing temperatures, as well as walking throughout the warehouse during the shift.

Requirements

2+ years experience with Reach Truck
High-energy individual with a strong work ethic
Self-motivated with ability to work with limited supervision
Independent decision maker as needed to accomplish tasks
Flexible work schedule due to changing operational needs
Ability to provide accurate entry of data
Ability to handle administrative tasks as assigned
Sit or stand for periods in office as well as warehouse environment (concrete flooring and changing temperatures)
Walking throughout warehouse during shift
