About The Position

Metro Staffing Solutions has partnered with one of the nation's largest aftermarket distributors of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts and is seeking experienced Reach Truck/Order Picker Operators to join their warehouse team in Grapevine, TX. This is a 1st shift position, working from 7:00 AM until finished, with immediate openings. The role involves operating a Reach Truck and/or Cherry Picker (Order Picker) safely and efficiently, picking, packing, and staging customer orders accurately, and loading/unloading inventory. You will be responsible for reading and following pick tickets and RF scanners, maintaining inventory accuracy and product quality, and assisting with stocking and replenishment. A commitment to safety, maintaining a clean work area, and performing other warehouse duties as assigned are also key aspects of this role. Overtime may be required.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience.
Previous Reach Truck experience is REQUIRED.
Ability to accurately read pick tickets and warehouse documents.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Excellent attendance and reliability.
Must be able to lift up to 90 lbs on a consistent basis.
Must be able to stand, bend, twist, and lift throughout an 8–12 hour shift.
Steel-toed boots required on the first day.
Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

Experience operating a Cherry Picker/Order Picker is a plus.
Reach Truck experience is REQUIRED (Sit-Down Forklift experience alone does NOT qualify).

Responsibilities

Operate a Reach Truck and/or Cherry Picker (Order Picker) safely and efficiently.
Pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately.
Load and unload inventory as needed.
Read and follow pick tickets and RF scanners.
Maintain inventory accuracy and product quality.
Assist with stocking, replenishment, and warehouse organization.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S).
Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Willing to work overtime when needed.
