Re-Buyer Full Time
About The Position
Bradley Caldwell Inc is seeking a full-time re-buyer to support accurate, timely purchasing for our onsite operation in West Hazleton, PA (day shift). This role exists to keep product replenishment on track and ensure clean, reliable purchasing data that supports strong service levels. Key responsibilities include managing the order fulfillment process by issuing purchase orders through a computerized replenishment system; confirming and correcting PO’s; expediting orders as needed; maintaining accurate item data and pricing for assigned products; and providing analysis to support sound decisions, troubleshooting, and problem solving.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel/PowerPoint)
- Purchasing and re-buyer experience
Responsibilities
- Managing the order fulfillment process by issuing purchase orders through a computerized replenishment system
- Confirming and correcting PO’s
- Expediting orders as needed
- Maintaining accurate item data and pricing for assigned products
- Providing analysis to support sound decisions, troubleshooting, and problem solving
- Reviewing exceptions
- Following up on time-sensitive items
- Coordinating updates with internal partners and vendors
- Checking item setup and pricing accuracy
- Documenting notes so information is easy to trace later
- Using purchasing data to spot issues early and keep priorities organized
