Requirements

• 2+ years of applicable work experience within a distribution center environment
• Experience with warehouse management systems and the functions of inventory control.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Demonstrated people skills including influencing skills, listening and the ability to communicate effectively to diverse groups
• Exemplary customer service skills
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts
• Detail-oriented and multitasking skills

Responsibilities

• Maintains efficient inventory controls throughout the RDC shipping and receiving processes, including documentation and reconciliation.
• Performs cycle-counting and full inventory functions within the RDC.
• Collaborates cross-functionally to ensure accurate inventory handling.
• Identifies and addresses issues affecting inventory accuracy.
• Collaborates with Ops teams, RDC’s, contractors and 3PL operators to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Handles customer complaints and escalations (TLC’s and Customers) in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintains accurate records for shipping, receiving and inventory control.
• Completes return to vendor (RTV) documentation as required.
• Supports and influences RDC team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment.
