About The Position

Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody values of excellence, compassion, teamwork, and purpose to join their Billing and Collections team in the role of RCS Operational Performance Expert. This position serves as the subject matter expert for Revenue Cycle Services, providing leadership across the division regarding education, training, and change management related to Revenue Cycle Services requirements or regulations. Additionally, this role acts as a point of escalation for claim-related issues, conducting independent reviews and monitoring of aged accounts receivable, and intervening directly when necessary. Requirements

• Requires proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the subject matter expert for Revenue Cycle Services.
• Provides leadership across the division regarding specific education, training, and the management of changes related to Revenue Cycle Services requirements or regulations.
• Serves as a point of escalation for claim-related issues.
• Provides independent review and monitoring of aged accounts receivable.
• Direct intervention where appropriate for aged accounts receivable.
