About The Position

This position serves as the subject matter expert for Revenue Cycle Services. It provides leadership across the division regarding specific education, training, and the management of changes related to Revenue Cycle Services requirements or regulations. Additionally, this role serves as a point of escalation for claim-related issues, providing independent review and monitoring of aged accounts receivable, as well as direct intervention where appropriate.

Requirements

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Expert Knowledge of Healthcare Revenue Cycle.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Demonstrated ability to use analytical capabilities and business knowledge to understand complexities of industry and impact to business processes and methods.
Strong organizational skills necessary to work on multiple complex projects/problems at one time.
Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
Ability to work independently and is motivated to produce high quality outcomes.
Knowledge in business applications.
Ability to plan and manage the utilization of resources.
Ability to facilitate and lead work groups.
