About The Position

The RCS Associate delivers customer-facing services within Revenue Cycle System Services. Responsibilities may include registration, insurance verification, prior authorization, cashiering, release of information, and customer service. The position follows departmental productivity, quality, and service standards in support of operational goals. The schedule is 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, working 3.5 days per week, rotating every other weekend, with a half-day shift on Fridays. The position is 100% onsite in Tipton, Indiana.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of patient registration and financial clearance.
• High level of interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work within a team and maintain collaborative relationships.
• Ability to take initiative and meet objectives.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of experience in hospital or physician revenue cycle is strongly preferred.
