About The Position

This position delivers customer-facing services within Revenue Cycle System Services. Responsibilities may include registration, insurance verification, and release of information. The role follows departmental productivity, quality, and service standards in support of operational goals. The schedule is 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., with rotating weekends, for 36 hours.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of patient registration.
• High level of interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work within a team and maintain collaborative relationships.
• Ability to take initiative and meet objectives.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of experience in a hospital or physician Revenue Cycle is strongly preferred.
