About The Position

RFNOW Inc. is seeking applications from motivated individuals interested in joining our Technical Services Team. As an RCO Support Technician, you will be responsible for supporting the network, server, storage, and application needs in RFNOW’s many RCO facilities throughout Western Manitoba and Eastern Saskatchewan. Under the support and guidance of the Facilities Manager, Network Architects, and other teams, you will be responsible for working in the RCO to deploy, configure, and support the ISP, VOIP, and other services.

Requirements

• Cisco networking training and certification.
• Windows & Linux Server experience and training.
• A valid Driver’s license
• Eligibility to work in Canada
• Living in the Western Manitoba / Eastern Saskatchewan region
• A desire to learn and be part of a growing team.

Nice To Haves

• ISP experience and fiber networks experience

Responsibilities

• Building, configuring, and maintaining the IT infrastructure and POP Sites.
• Working mostly remote, requiring travel in Eastern Saskatchewan. Occasionally into Western Manitoba.
• Site inspections, maintaining site equipment: HVAC units, Generators and other things that are assigned to maintain site efficiencies.
• On-call rotation.
• Other duties as assigned.
