About The Position

The RCM Systems Optimization and Enrollment Administrator will be responsible for managing and optimizing revenue cycle management (RCM) systems, focusing on insurance payer logins and enrollment processes. This role involves researching payer requirements, creating user access, identifying and implementing automation for claims and payments, and investigating system inaccuracies to improve automation rates. The administrator will also assist with various claims and payment projects.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills including: Google Suite, MS Office, Excel

Nice To Haves

Basic banking and accounting skills
Strong website navigation skills
Knowledge of ERA/EFT and insurance portal enrollment processes
Moderate Microsoft Excel
Advanced knowledge of insurance portal login creation

Responsibilities

Independently research and identify the necessary requirements for creating log ins for various insurance payers.
Create access for both support and practice team members to facilitate efficient payment processing and access to patient benefit information.
Identify gaps in posting automation and initiate new enrollments to transition from paper checks and manual EOBs to EFT/ERA transactions.
Investigate inaccuracies or misses in automated systems and develop rules to improve automation rates.
Assist with various claims and payment projects assigned by the Insurance Manager.
