The RCM Success Manager will serve as the primary RCM strategic partner for assigned markets and physician groups. This role involves monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators, leading revenue cycle reviews, identifying root causes of revenue leakage, and driving reductions in controllable denials. The position requires partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues impacting revenue integrity and reimbursement performance, supporting new market onboarding, and escalating systemic issues with proposed solutions. Participation in cross-functional revenue cycle initiatives and performance improvement projects is also expected.
