About The Position

This position provides administrative and operational support to the Revenue Cycle Management team. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations by assisting with scheduling, documentation, reporting, and communication between internal departments.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of administrative experience required.
  • Demonstrated ability to build stakeholder engagement and drive action.
  • Proficient experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • associate’s degree preferred.
  • experience in health care or revenue cycle management preferred.
  • electronic health care record software system preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings for RCM leadership and team members.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items to ensure timely execution.
  • Assist in maintaining RCM policies, procedures, and training materials for compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Serve as a liaison between RCM team members and leadership to support process improvement project implementations.
  • Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, action logs, scope changes, and post-project evaluations.
  • Provide administrative support for revenue cycle management efforts, including report preparation and data tracking.
  • Manage payer portal access by maintaining and updating user credentials ensuring secure and uninterrupted access for the revenue cycle team.
  • Assist the RCM team in monitoring portal functionality and reporting any identified issues promptly.
  • Review, categorize, and ensure accurate and timely distribution of incoming faxes to the appropriate department or stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and organizational standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by RCM Leadership to support departmental goals.
