The RCM Orthodontics Manager serves as a subject matter expert in orthodontic revenue cycle operation, including proficiency in Cloud9, and plays a critical role in supporting system conversions. The manager will design, develop, and deliver training materials to support office teams to ensure successful adoption of standardized processes. In addition, this position will support the development and expansion of a centralized orthodontic RCM team to include defining structure, workflows, and best practices to support DCA’s centralized support model. This position focuses on improving cash collection success, and reducing revenue leakage by implementing best practices, standardizing processes and supporting office teams through centralized support, training, performance management, and process improvement.
