About The Position

BH Field is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA services to clients in Jonesboro and McDonough, Georgia. The listed schedules are Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in Jonesboro, and Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Tuesday and Thursday from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in McDonough. Applicants must have reliable transportation and be willing to commute to client locations.

BH Field describes itself as a team of ethical and compassionate ABA clinicians serving individuals with IDD/ASD and their families. RBTs work one-to-one with clients and follow behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition protocols, collect behavioral data, communicate with clients and families, and support BCBAs with assessments and learning materials. Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience as an RBT.
• A valid RBT certification number.
• An active driver's license.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to commute to client case locations.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Catalyst or other data-collection systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, one-to-one direct ABA services to clients.
• Follow behavior-reduction and behavioral skill-acquisition protocols.
• Collect and record data based on client behavior.
• Communicate empathetically with clients, families, and supervisors.
• Assist the BCBA during behavioral assessments and prepare client learning materials.
• Seek appropriate consultation from the supervisor to support effective treatment implementation.
