RBT (SUMMER HOURS: Mon-Fri: 3:00-7:30) 8 y/o BOY
About The Position
BehaviorCare Therapy is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to an 8-year-old boy with autism in his home. This role offers flexible part-time hours, primarily in the afternoons and evenings, making it a great supplement to a current job or school schedule. As an RBT/BT, you will work directly with children on the autism spectrum, helping them develop daily living skills, communication, independence, and confidence through play-based ABA therapy designed by a licensed BCBA. You will work consistently with the same children, supporting their progress in their natural environments. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where patience, energy, and creativity are valued. Training and support are provided to meet each child's unique needs.
Requirements
- Experience working with children (SPED Para, 1:1 Aide or Classroom Aide, after-school programs, caregiving, autism).
- ABA experience a plus!
- Afternoon/evening availability (weekends a plus).
- Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with kids in their homes to help them learn and grow using play-based ABA techniques.
- Follow simple step-by-step treatment plans made by your supervisor (BCBA).
- Track progress during each session using an easy data system on your phone or tablet.
- Team up with your BCBA and fellow techs to keep things consistent and effective.
- Give feedback to families about how the session went and celebrate small wins together.
