About The Position
BehaviorCare Therapy is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder in their homes. This role focuses on helping children develop daily living skills, communication, independence, and confidence through play-based ABA techniques designed by a licensed BCBA. You will work consistently with the same children, supporting their progress in their natural environments. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for individuals seeking flexible part-time hours and a meaningful career.
Requirements
- Experience working with children (SPED Para, 1:1 Aide or Classroom Aide, after-school programs, caregiving, autism).
- Afternoon/evening availability.
- Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with children in their homes to help them learn and grow using play-based ABA techniques.
- Follow simple step-by-step treatment plans created by a BCBA supervisor.
- Track progress during each session using an easy data system on a phone or tablet.
- Collaborate with BCBA and fellow technicians to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- Provide feedback to families about session progress and celebrate achievements.
