About The Position

Seeking RBT's to work in Neshamiy Public School District for the fall 2026 position, starting 08/03/2026. The role involves supporting a Devereux Educational Strategies and Solutions program, specifically a special education classroom for autistic support. The RBT will implement behavior protocols designed by a BCBA within the school setting with several students, conduct baseline, treatment, parent training, and generalization sessions in consultation with the BCBA, and collect and record data. The position also includes maintaining up-to-date graphs, summarizing and calculating data, implementing universal safety precautions, and developing progress reports in consultation with the BCBA. This is a full-time role aligned with the school calendar, covering a 10-month period with opportunities for extended school year programs during summer break. DESS partners with child-serving institutions to provide services in early learning, behavioral and mental health treatment, academic interventions, and prevention programming, as well as direct staff placement, diagnostic evaluations, and consultation services to school districts.

Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older
Associates degree required
RBT Certification required or ability to obtain RBT within first 90 days of employment
At least one year of experience in an educational setting working required

Experience with individuals with autism and/or other special education populations preferred
