Requirements
- A passion for working with young children and supporting individuals with autism and other developmental differences.
- A compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic approach to helping children learn and grow.
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles is preferred but not required—we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with families and clinical staff.

- You don't need to be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team—we provide paid training and support to help you earn your credential.
- Successful team members come from a variety of backgrounds, including psychology, education, special education, early childhood education, social work, human services, childcare, and other helping professions.
Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism, following individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA.
- Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs), collect accurate session data, and monitor client progress toward treatment goals.
- Foster communication, play, daily living, and social skills through engaging, evidence-based interventions.
- Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and caregivers to support consistent, high-quality care and make treatment adjustments as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations, company policies, and the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Ethics Code.
- Create a positive, supportive, and safe learning environment that encourages client growth, independence, and success.
