About The Position
BehaviorCare Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1-on-1 ABA therapy to a 5-year-old girl with autism in her home in Tolleson, AZ. This is a flexible part-time role perfect for supplementing income, focusing on helping children build daily living skills, communication, independence, and confidence through play-based ABA therapy. The role involves direct work with children, following treatment plans, tracking progress, collaborating with supervisors, and providing feedback to families. It's a hands-on, high-impact position where patience, energy, and creativity are key.
Requirements
- Experience working with children (SPED Para, 1:1 Aide or Classroom Aide, after-school programs, caregiving, autism.)
- Afternoon/evening availability
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass a background check

Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with kids in their homes to help them learn and grow using play-based ABA techniques
- Follow simple step-by-step treatment plans made by your supervisor (BCBA)
- Track progress during each session using an easy data system on your phone or tablet
- Team up with your BCBA and fellow techs to keep things consistent and effective
- Give feedback to families about how the session went and celebrate small wins together
