About The Position
BehaviorCare Therapy is seeking Paraprofessionals to work with children on the autism spectrum in their homes, providing 1-on-1 support through play-based ABA therapy. This role focuses on helping children build daily living skills, communication, independence, and confidence. The position offers flexible, part-time hours, primarily in the afternoons and evenings, and is ideal for those looking to supplement their current work or school schedule. Requirements
- Experience working with children (SPED Para, 1:1 Aide or Classroom Aide, after-school programs, caregiving, autism).
- Afternoon/evening availability.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with children in their homes to help them learn and grow using play-based ABA techniques.
- Follow simple step-by-step treatment plans created by a BCBA supervisor.
- Track progress during each session using a data system on a phone or tablet.
- Collaborate with BCBA and fellow technicians to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- Provide feedback to families about session progress and celebrate achievements.
