About The Position

Quest, Inc. is seeking a Full-time RBT IV to join their team in Tampa. This role involves working with individuals with developmental disabilities to help them experience a full life. The RBT IV will perform duties of a Registered Behavior Technician I with increased independence and initiative, working in various settings including clinic, in-home, school, and community locations. The position requires a commitment to Quest's mission of providing lifelong services and empowering individuals with disabilities.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required
  • At least 2 years’ experience working with individuals with challenging behaviors (required for all RBT IV positions)
  • 1-year verifiable experience as RBT within field of ABA therapy required
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Experience with crisis management (i.e. Safety Care, PCM, PCI, etc.)
  • Experience with high magnitude behaviors and high frequency of behaviors (required)
  • Ability to travel a 15-mile radius based off assigned clinic location for community cases (required for all RBT IV positions)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with both in center and community (in-school and in-home) experience.
  • Experience in developing and implementing behavioral programs with developmentally disabled individuals is preferred.
  • Medicaid Credentialed (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Consistently perform duties of Registered Behavior Technician I with increased independence, initiative and/or demonstrated ability.
  • Document each client’s performance on a daily basis via data collection method specified by assigned BCBA.
  • Implement all aspects of client’s treatment plan as developed by the BCBA.
  • Assist in ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of work environments.
  • Assist client with toileting, dressing, grooming, and/or feeding as needed.
  • Communicate session outcome with parents/caregivers while maintaining professional boundaries and within the scope of one’s certification.
  • Assist BCBA in developing training materials that are up-to-date with current technologies on a daily basis.
  • Graph all data as assigned.
  • Attend all weekly clinical meetings as an active participant in programmatic discussion.
  • Ensure compliance with any and all regulations pertaining to BACB guidelines.
  • Perform job duties in multiple settings including clinic, in-home, school, community or other Quest locations as assigned with limited supervision from BCBA.
  • Travel a 15-mile radius based off assigned clinic location for community cases.
