About The Position

Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking a part-time Ravello Server/Bartender. This role supports the vibrant and active Ravello restaurant, which serves authentic Italian cuisine. The Server/Bartender will provide an enjoyable, expertly served beverage or dining experience, adhering to Four Seasons standards of excellence. This position also involves overseeing and maintaining the proper flow of goods to maximize sales performance. A minimum of 3 days per week availability is required, with Thursday, Friday, and Saturday preferred.

Requirements

1 – 2 years of Food & Beverage experience
Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
Ability to move back and forth between server and bartender positions as needed by operation
Able to read each table and adapt to the guest, creating a customized experience
Thrive working in a fast paced, and large team environment
A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers
Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently
Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions
High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team
Must be fluent in English
Possess legal work authorization in the United States

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in fine dining
Knowledge of steaks (cuts, temperatures, etc.) is preferred, though not required.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods
Ensure each guest is greeted promptly, courteously, graciously with eye contact, and a smile
Display impressive salesmanship in guiding guests through the menu and maximizing revenue with upsell opportunities
Oversee and maintain proper flow of goods to maximize sales performance
