Ravello Server/Bartender (Part-Time)
About The Position
Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking a part-time Ravello Server/Bartender to join their team. This role involves providing dining support at the vibrant Italian restaurant, Ravello, which serves authentic cuisine inspired by Italy. The Server/Bartender will be responsible for delivering an enjoyable, expertly served beverage or dining experience that meets Four Seasons' high standards of quality, professionalism, and friendliness. Additionally, the position requires overseeing and maintaining the proper flow of goods to maximize sales performance. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of Food & Beverage experience and a flexible schedule, including availability for at least 3 days per week, with a preference for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. This position requires the ability to work weekends and holidays.
Requirements
- 1 – 2 years of Food & Beverage experience
- Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Ability to move back and forth between server and bartender positions as needed by operation
- Able to read each table and adapt to the guest, creating a customized experience
- Thrive working in a fast paced, and large team environment
- A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers
- Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently
- Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions
- High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team
- Flexible schedule
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Must be fluent in English
- Possess legal work authorization in the United States
- Minimum of 3 days per week of availability. Thursday, Friday, Saturday preferred.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in fine dining
- Knowledge of steaks (cuts, temperatures, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods
- Ensure each guest is greeted promptly, courteously, graciously with eye contact, and a smile
- Display impressive salesmanship in guiding guests through the menu and maximizing revenue with upsell opportunities
- Oversee and maintain proper flow of goods to maximize sales performance
