About The Position

The MCM RATT Lead supports readiness assessments for Mine Countermeasures ships and associated engineering systems, maintenance programs, and operational readiness requirements. Support is primarily based in San Diego, CA, with occasional travel to Navy fleet concentration areas including Everett, WA; Pearl Harbor, HI; Sasebo, Japan; Yokosuka, Japan; and Singapore, as well as other customer locations as required. Requirements

  • SECRET clearance, verifiable in DISS.
  • Minimum 15 years of supervisory Navy engineering experience.
  • Strong understanding of Navy maintenance and readiness processes.

Nice To Haves

  • Extensive engineering operational experience on MCM platforms preferred.
  • Maintenance/training staff experience preferred.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 25+ years highly desirable.

  • Evaluate material condition and maintenance execution.
  • Review engineering documentation and readiness metrics.
  • Develop recommendations to improve ship readiness.
