About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Rating Specialist / Technical Lead with a strong background in pricing and rating platforms, specifically Earnix. This role involves hands-on experience with the Earnix Rating platform for P&C pricing and rating, as well as integrating Earnix with systems like Guidewire. You will be responsible for defining and implementing rate monitoring frameworks, including KPIs, drift thresholds, and alerts. The position is located in San Antonio, TX, and is a 6-month contract-to-hire role, requiring 5 days onsite per week.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of overall experience with pricing or rating platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with Earnix Rating platform for P&C pricing/rating.
• Proven experience integrating Earnix with Guidewire or similar platform.
• Experience defining and implementing rate monitoring frameworks (KPIs, drift thresholds, alerts).
• Experience with documentation standards for pricing rules and validation.
• Must be good with 5 days onsite working.
