About The Position

This position is for a Rapid Deboner Machine Feeder Laborer on the 1st shift. Applicants must be available to work overtime and weekends as required. The role involves standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, lifting, and reaching with constant wrist, elbow, and shoulder movements. The work environment is cold and damp, and sanitation chemicals are used. Team members must be committed to working safely, training in safety hazard recognition, performing daily department safety inspections, and being responsible for all assigned personal protective equipment. Job performance is based on cone stabbing efficiency. Physical requirements include lifting, pushing, pulling, gripping, walking/standing, overhead activities, stooping, kneeling, bending, use of right/left hands/arms, and gripping with wrist motion. The ability to lift up to 70 lbs. or more with assistance is necessary. Background checks may be required for certain roles.
