We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Rap Crusher Operator/Foreman to lead the maintenance and operation of our Rap Crusher. This role is responsible for the day to day operations of the crusher as well as maintaining the equipment to keep the plant running safely and efficiently with minimal downtime.

Requirements

Proven work history reflecting a minimum of 5 years of experience
Must have excavator and loader operator experience
Must have a current Driver’s license
Must be able to meet company's attendance policy
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
Required Valid Driver's License

Nice To Haves

Experience with Crusher and Asphalt Plants preferred
Mechanical and fabrication experience preferred

Responsibilities

Responsible for the setup, teardown, and day to day operations of our portable rap crusher.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues with crusher and supporting conveyor belts.
Conduct preventative maintenance tasks such as lubrication, belt adjustments, crusher adjustments, and component replacements
Repair or replace motors, gearboxes, bearings, chains, and other critical components
Feed crusher with excavator and run loader/dozer as needed
Perform general welding and fabrication as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
