About The Position

This is a part-time, seasonal position that may extend into the winter. The hours are flexible depending on the time of year. Team Merion offers perks such as employee golfing privileges on the West Course, complimentary meals (lunch and dinner during shifts), and an employee discount in the golf shop. The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of golf, be dependable and reliable with their own transportation, friendly, outgoing, and able to work well as part of a team. Excellent communication skills are also required.

Responsibilities

Set up organized hitting stations each day.
Distribute range balls daily and provide the adequate number of balls at each station.
Pick up practice balls on the chipping green regularly throughout the day.
Operate the range picker cart to collect golf balls.
Properly pick the range and clean the balls regularly throughout the day.
Close the ranger properly and clean every ball before closing to ensure the range will be ready the following day.
Perform all other tasks and duties assigned by the supervisor.
