About The Position

Merion Golf Club is seeking a part-time seasonal Range Attendant who loves golf and the outdoors. This position offers flexible hours and may extend into the winter months. Requirements

Working knowledge of the game of golf
Dependability
Reliability - must have reliable transportation
Be friendly and outgoing, quick to greet members and guests
Work well as a member of a strong team and take pride in their work.
Excellent communication skills with members and staff

Responsibilities

Set up organized hitting stations each day.
Distribute range balls daily and provide the adequate number of balls at each station.
Pick up practice balls on the chipping green regularly throughout the day.
Operate the range picker cart to collect golf balls.
Properly pick the range and clean the balls regularly throughout the day.
Close the range properly and clean every ball before closing to ensure the range will be ready the following day.
Perform all other tasks and duties assigned by the supervisor.
