Requirements

Willingness to work outdoors and handle physical tasks.
Be dependable and comfortable working independently or as part of a small team.
Ability to follow directions, stay organized, and work safely.
Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to walk, stand, and interact with guests for extended periods of time.
Ability to lift, carry, bend, and set up items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Comfort working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, including outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Nice To Haves

Experience in maintenance, landscaping, or other hands-on work preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

Pick balls using range equipment and keep the range stocked and ready for guests.
Wash, sort, and restock golf balls throughout the day.
Help with basic grounds work such as mowing, trimming, or clearing debris when needed.
Keep hitting areas, mats, and ball dispensers in good working order.
Clean and restock restrooms and guest areas.
Take care of trash, storage areas, and light maintenance tasks.
Report any equipment or facility issues to site leadership right away.
Work closely with the team to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Follow all safety procedures and operate equipment responsibly.
Be on time, communicate clearly, and lend a hand wherever it’s needed.
