About The Position

True Ranches is hiring a Ranch Hand for a full-time, on-site position at Bixby Ranch near Glenrock, Wyoming. The role supports ranch operations and livestock care, including calving and doctoring livestock, feeding cattle, operating and maintaining machinery, and maintaining ranch facilities. An Associate’s degree and/or two years of experience is preferred; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Candidates must have experience handling cattle, a valid driver’s license, and Beef Quality Assurance (BQA) Certification or willingness to become certified. English fluency and acceptable pre-employment background, credit, and drug/alcohol screening results are also required. Requirements

Experience handling cattle.
Possess a valid driver’s license.
Hold Beef Quality Assurance (BQA) Certification or be willing to become certified.
Fluency in English, verbal and written.
Obtain acceptable results from a pre-employment background check, credit check, and drug/alcohol test.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Calve and doctor livestock.
Feed cattle daily using a tractor and bale processor.
Operate and maintain agricultural and construction machinery.
Build, repair, and maintain ranch facilities, including flood irrigating.
Bale hay.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Ranch Supervisor and/or company representative.
