This role sits at the intersection of facilities, hospitality, and outdoor sport —supporting shotgun courses, pistol and archery ranges, fisheries, and soon gardens, livestock, and additional land-based projects. You’ll spend your days outside, working with your hands, solving practical problems, shaping beautiful spaces, and interacting with members and guests who want to be here. Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and overall hygiene across outdoor facilities
• Setting and maintaining shotgun courses and shooting stations
• Supporting pistol and archery range readiness and upkeep
• Light pistol & shotgun instruction
• Assisting with fishery care and land stewardship projects
• Helping bring new initiatives online (gardens, livestock, special builds)
• Greeting members and guests with warmth and professionalism
• Assisting instructors, events, and special projects as needed
• Identifying maintenance needs and proactively addressing them
