About The Position

The Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i is looking for a Ranch Attendant who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. This role ensures a safe, well-maintained environment for both livestock and guests, upholding high standards of quality and presentation.

Requirements

Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
Holidays and weekends availability is required.
Hawaii Driver’s License and Abstract is required for this role
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 80 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts

Nice To Haves

Equine First Responder Certificate, First Aid, and CRP certification preferred

Responsibilities

Provide daily care for horses and ranch animals, including feeding, grooming, saddling, and monitoring health and behavior to ensure safety and well-being
Conduct routine inspections of trails, facilities, and equipment to identify hazards and maintain a safe environment for guests and staff
Maintain cleanliness and organization of barn and ranch facilities, supporting overall maintenance and ensuring high standards of presentation
Inspect and maintain tack and riding equipment to ensure proper function and guest safety during activities
Deliver engaging guest experiences by assisting with ranch activities, responding to requests, and supporting safe, enjoyable interactions
Support operations by maintaining records, communicating safety concerns, participating in training, and assisting leadership as needed
