About The Position

As the first point of contact for business and leisure travelers visiting Western Aircraft, the concierge will welcome passengers and provide “Gold Standard” level of customer service. This is a part time / temporary position during the summer months offering approximately 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Shift: 1pm-7pm Monday to Friday

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Presents self professionally and courteously with internal and external customers
• Honest, high level of integrity
• Must be willing to undertake new responsibilities as business needs change
• Ability to regularly lift up to 30 pounds and work on feet in fast paced environment for 7 hours or more
• Flexible Schedule
• Valid Driver’s License
• Pass pre-employment drug screen
• Pass pre-employment background check
• Obtain airport issued security badge

Responsibilities

• Transport passengers/customers to and from airport and various locations throughout Boise utilizing company van
• Assist customers with luggage loading and unloading from aircraft and courtesy car or shuttle van
• Stock aircraft with ice, coffee, catering, etc
• Light cleaning of interior of aircraft as requested
• Miscellaneous facility clean-up as directed by supervisor
• Marshalling of incoming and outgoing aircraft
• Performs other duties as assigned
