About The Position
This position is responsible for loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting, and stocking packages. He/She may utilize heavy machinery to complete tasks. This position performs other tasks as assigned in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs.
- Ability to read and memorize postal codes
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
- Must have a valid Red RAIC or must be present in Canada for at least 5 years
- DA or DAW is preferred without suspension
- Must have a Class 5 driver license
- Must be able to available to start work at 1530hrs from Monday to Friday.
Nice To Haves
- Warehouse experience
- Some flexibility to start earlier than 1530hrs is preferred
Responsibilities
- Learns and properly executes UPS package handling methods.
- Loads and unloads UPS packages into trailers or package cars.
