About The Position

As a Ramp Agent/Cabin Cleaner you will work as part of a team delivering safe and efficient aircraft services will providing highest level of customer service, keeping passenger and aircraft moving safely and on time.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred;
Maintain and treat all information as confidential;
Possess the tact to deal with all levels of employees and client representatives;
Must be able to read, write, understand and carry out instructions in English;
Must be able to verbally direct in English;
This position requires a employees to obtain a US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) seal. Orlando FL CBP requires US citizenship or US permanent resident status in order to receive a CBP seal;
A valid driver’s license is required for this position.

Responsibilities

Properly and safely loads and unloads freight. Including build up and break down of cargo pallets and freight containers following guidelines;
Holds equipment certifications and operates equipment safely;
Obtains proper security documents for all shipments;
Verifies upon receipt from customer shipment pieces, weight, dimensions and airworthiness;
Verifies upon delivery to customer shipment pieces and airway bill numbers;
Aircraft cabin cleaning duties to include: vacuuming and cleaning by hand of all seats, seat back pockets, floors, pantries, galleys, toilets, telephones, windows, flight deck (if specified), and passenger and crew compartments; removing trash, wiping tables, and cleaning waste from aircraft;
Correct handling of international garbage as required by the company, carrier, and the Department of Agriculture.
