Requirements
- Previous experience working with the Ramdor system, including system support and operations – Required.
- Experience providing user support, working with cross-functional interfaces, and supporting system enhancements – Required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with SAP – Significant advantage.
Responsibilities
- Provide support and operational maintenance for the Ramdor system across all modules, including user and project management.
- Work with SAP interfaces.
- Support and coordinate system enhancements and developments with the Ramdor vendor.
- Set up, manage, and maintain projects within the system.
- Analyze business and operational requirements and implement solutions within the system.
- Provide support and service to internal and external users.
- Monitor and manage system issues, service requests, and ongoing operational tasks.
