About The Position
Ram Service Technician needed for one of East Tennessee's busiest service departments. This role involves diagnosing problems, performing quality repairs, and keeping customers safely on the road. The ideal candidate will have experience working on Ram trucks and other Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles. Requirements
- Automotive technician experience required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Positive attitude and commitment to quality workmanship
Nice To Haves
- CDJR/Stellantis experience preferred
- Cummins diesel experience is a plus
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- ASE and/or Stellantis certifications preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair Ram, Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep vehicles
- Perform engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brake, HVAC, electrical, and driveline repairs
- Diagnose drivability and electrical concerns using factory diagnostic equipment
- Perform Multi-Point Inspections (MPI)
- Complete repairs according to Stellantis factory standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Deliver high-quality repairs the first time
