The RAM Brand team is looking for a strong and passionate leader to help build upon the successes and opportunities of the current and future RAM Brand. This position is instrumental in current and future success and will be involved on a weekly basis with all levels of management, including the CEO of RAM Brand. The RAM Brand Sales Operations Director must be a motivated, self-starter with retail sales, brand management and marketing experience (automotive required). Individuals in this position must be able to work independently with multiple departments (finance, product, supply chain, marketing, incentives, etc.) concurrently in order to achieve objective(s) needed. In this position, the individual must be able to think strategically, identify risks and opportunities, and clearly communicate and implement plans. The selected candidate must demonstrate the ability to use analytical data to identify market trends and make recommendations to deliver more competitive product offerings, with higher gross margins that eventually deliver positive sales and share results. This position requires individuals to be effective communicators (oral and written), and to deliver executive level presentations and business cases.
