The mission of the College of Nursing & Professional Disciplines (CNPD) is to provide excellent and collaborative education, scholarship, and service to advance human well-being for all, with an emphasis on rural and underserved populations. The CNPD consists of the departments of Nursing, Nutrition & Dietetics, and Social Work as well as the Children & Family Services Training Center. For this position, the college is seeking a RAIN (Recruitment/Retention of American Indians into Nursing) Program Manager. The RAIN Program Manager is responsible for the administration of the RAIN program, including but not limited to oversight of grant funding, compliance with federal program regulations and other funding entities. This position is also responsible for fiduciary obligations such as student scholarships and stipends, budget implementation, program sustainability, etc. This position ensures a warm and welcoming environment to support positive relationships among faculty, staff, students and others.
