Pointer Smith Contracting Corporation is looking for reliable Railroad Laborers to support our track crew at the Springdale, Arkansas yard. No prior railroad experience is required — we're looking for hardworking individuals willing to learn and follow direction safely in the field.
Requirements
- Previous Railroad experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Springdale, Arkansas yard office each day.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends.
