Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Valid Driver's License
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to safely use hand and power tools
Strong commitment to safety and quality
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Responsibilities

Conduct railcar inspections and repairs using approved repair procedures

Support customer requirements through quality workmanship and attention to detail
Work safely while contributing to production and operational goals
