Requirements

High school diploma or state-recognized GED, or equivalent experience in manufacturing or related fields (e.g., electrical panel assembly, construction, automotive, or electrical service).
Basic written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and parts lists is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build and fit-out coach modules such as roofs, cable harnesses, mounted parts, electrical racks and panels, including air supply racks and piping assemblies.
Apply adhesives; align and secure floor panels; set windows and install door assemblies.
Install interior mechanical elements: insulation, sidewall panels, seating, and luggage racks.
Route and connect electrical wiring harnesses to subassemblies and final termination points.
Disassemble, modify, rework, refurbish, and reassemble components as production requires.
Work from production blueprints, wiring diagrams, parts and wire lists, sketches, and verbal instructions to produce electrical or electro-mechanical subassemblies.
Use fine motor skills for small-part assembly that demands excellent dexterity.
