They will coordinate labor, equipment, and scheduling to meet customer and production requirements, and schedule daily workloads by coordinating with on-site contacts. Maintaining communication with leadership and other departments is crucial to support operational goals. The position also involves promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement among team members. Other duties may be assigned to complete the job.
