About The Position

This is a second shift opportunity - 2pm-12:30am M-Th. Responsibilities include the operation of fabrication equipment in a work cell, including Saw, Mill, Baliegh, Winton Bender, and Mid Rail Crusher in manual and automatic modes. The role also involves loading and unloading rail robots and assisting in training employees in the work center with current knowledge base. Mandatory overtime may be required when business conditions necessitate it. Adherence to the attendance policy is expected, along with performing all other duties as required.

Requirements

• 2+ years of fabrication experience or training is required
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and using fixtures, jigs, clamps, and quality inspection tools is essential.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (100+ lbs.) and perform various physical tasks such as bending, stooping, sitting, walking, twisting, and standing.
• Conduct yourself in a professional, safe, and businesslike manner while maintaining a highly motivated, positive, and collaborative attitude.
• Can make the daily commute to Spring Park, MN and maintain good attendance.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check, full panel drug screening, and physical work simulation.
• Completion of necessary training requirements provided by Safety Rail Co.
