About The Position

BluePearl Pet Hospital is hiring an exceptional Radiology Veterinary Technician. This role involves performing advanced diagnostic testing, such as x-rays, computed tomography (CT), nuclear imaging, digital fluoroscopy, and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). The position offers a pay band of $20.00 - $40.00 per hour, dependent on experience and advancement through a competency leveling system. The schedule is Tuesday through Friday, 8 am to 6 pm. Requirements

Unrestricted, current authorization to work in the U.S. and not require future sponsorship for an employment-based green card.
Ability to prepare patients for ultrasound.
Ability to safely restrain patients for procedures.
Ability to place intravenous catheters in all peripheral veins.
Ability to perform phlebotomy.
Ability to prepare slides for cytology.
Proficiency in performing digital radiographs.
Ability to monitor patients during anesthesia or while sedated.
Ability to perform advanced imaging such as CT scans and MRI procedures.
Passion for mentoring and training other co-workers.
Patience and empathy to address client concerns.

Responsibilities
